The Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD) and the professor have privacy and security of the Technical University (TU) Dresden a report entitled "linking digital identities" published .
The report, commissioned by promoting the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, examined more than 230 pages, the possibilities of linking of personal data.
The report presents not only the techniques, such as data profiles are linked, but some measures, how can such a concatenation limit. A big problem the authors consider, however, that an "unlinking" of the data collected once technically not be guaranteed.
